You get an email with a link to a digital license key that you need to attach to a device in your www.dattrax.com portal.

This license entitles you to submit up to fifty forms each calendar month from any registered mobile device.  You can register up to fifty devices, and up to fifty users with this plan.  Cancel any time.

Mobile Forms takes existing Microsoft Word documents and turns them into forms which can be filled in on mobile devices.  The really neat things with Mobile Forms is that - unlike other solutions - you keep your existing forms in the same format they are in right now.  No rebuilding of the forms in a proprietary app - just add fillable fields on your Word document using the Mobile Forms Word Add-in and publish them.  Access to your forms is controlled through the Dattrax Account Manager app.

This is ideal for company-managed mobile devices.  It works in both a shared-device mode and where individuals each have their own devices.  User identification on shared devices can be done via Dattrax Account Manager's various sign-in methods, including RFID+PIN or simple Username / Password.

Mobile Forms then provides not just with the PDF of completed forms, but also the data from the forms in a spreadsheet for further data analysis.
